AddressMission:
- Maintain and develop quality at the site in accordance with central guidelines.
- Ensure product and process quality to the customer and detect risks and opportunities early.
- Initiate all necessary corrective and preventive actions in daily operations.
- Assist significantly in the conduct of internal and external audits.
- Clarify quality issues and ensure their resolution in collaboration with team members.
- Engage all relevant people in quality thinking.
- Lead, develop and motivate subordinate employees in accordance with company management principles.
- Ensure the relevance of the data entered in the quality reports.
- Be responsible for the release of serial production processes and products.
- Contribute to the achievement of the company's objectives.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- Good knowledge of quality tools and knowledge in the field of auditing is an asset.
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry (3 years in the field of quality)
- Proven experience in personnel management.
- Perfect command of English and German.
