Job Description: The Deputy Manager in Facility and Administration at our company plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities and administrative processes. Responsibilities:
Facility Management:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the facility. Ensure proper maintenance of the office premises, including HVAC systems, lighting, and other infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related services. Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard employees and assets.
- Manage space planning and utilization for optimal functionality.
Administration:
- Oversee administrative functions, including housekeeping, transportation, and cafeteria services.
- Implement and enforce company policies related to facility and administrative procedures.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with HR for employee onboarding, seating arrangements, and related administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of facility and administrative expenditures.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
