Objective :
The role is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of administrative activities. The objective is to make a quantitative and qualitative leap in our current infra / methods for workers. Should have quality of compassion in the candidate for the economically backward people.
Key Responsibilities:
- To encourage participation of contract workers in various committees, sports and other recreation activates.
- Co-ordination with the Labour contractors to provide basic facilities to workers like Transportation, accommodation and other legal requirements.
- To monitor the human behavior within premises and propose the corrective / Preventive actions / Recommendations.
- Responsible for maintenance of building, office premises, canteen, toilets etc.
- Keeping a check on various vendors viz. Housekeeping, Electrician, Plumber, Groceries and Stationary personnel and coordinate with there supervisors for any issues.
- Arranging for transport for employees and guests as required
- Overseeing the travel arrangements as assigned
- Arranging for room reservation and cabs for employees and guests
- Overseeing and managing the Canteen at the plant
- Overseeing all communication related infrastructure (Telephones lines).
- Coordinating administrative arrangements for internal and external meetings and Trainings.
- Responsible for managing administrative functions related to office administration
Corporate Social responsibilities – co-ordination for CSR projects running nearby villages
The responsibilities mentioned above are not exhaustive and may be expanded from time to time and in absence of Officer HR, handled his responsibilities.
