Job responsibility
1. Responsible for all Mediclaim related activities which includes, enrollment of an employee and their family members, validation of data, claiming the Mediclaim, issuance of the check and address the queries of employees related to Mediclaim for them and their families.
2. Responsible for “Employee Provident Fund” related compliance which includes, challan, Form 13, Form 10C, Form 10D, Form 19, Form 20, Form 5, & Form 31.
3. Responsible for compliance of ESIC (Employee State Insurance) Act related compliance that includes, Form I, Form II, Form 11, Form 12, Form 13, Form 13A, Form 14, Form 15, Form 16, Form 17, Form 18, Form 19, Form 20, Form 21, Form 22, Form 23, Form 24, & monthly challan.
4. Responsible for “Payment of Gratuity Act” which includes, Form A, Form B, Form C, Form F, Form I, Form J, Form K, Form L, Form M, & Form U.
5. Responsible for “Payment of Bonus Act” related compliances which includes, Form A, Form B, Form C & Form D.
6. Responsible for “Employment Exchange Act” related compliances which includes, registration of establishments, Form ER-1 & ER-2, and notification for vacancies.
7. Responsible for “Minimum Wage Act” related compliances which includes, Form I, II, III & IV, Display of abstract of the act and rules, and inspection book.
8. Responsible for “The Contract Labour Act” related compliances which includes, Form I, II, IV, VI-B, XII, & XXV, Agreements with contractors, and renewal of licenses or changes in contracts.
9. Responsible for “The Gujarat Labour Welfare Fund Act” related compliances which includes, registration of establishments and Form 1-A.
