Reporting Structure: Customer Support Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Support to clients during US shift hours
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions and provide feedback to the product team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Prior experience in Customer Support or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of CRM software and ticketing systems
