Reporting Structure: Customer Support Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional Customer Support to clients during US shift hours
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Document all customer interactions and provide feedback to the product team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Prior experience in Customer Support or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of CRM software and ticketing systems
