Job Title:- Relationship Manager
Department: – Financial Services (CNHI Capital – Retail Sales)Summary:
To manage and grow AG and CE sourcing/portfolio for CNHi Capital in the assigned area within defined SLA’s and performance standards for a healthy retail portfolio based at given location.
Reporting to: Regional Head
Position Responsibility:
Manage and grow quality retail portfolio in the assigned area supported by dedicated RMs for AG sourcing and follow-up/ liasioning with vendor for CE financing.
Job Responsibility:
· AG lead Sourcing & Conversion: Manage Sourcing and financing of AG contracts for New Holland tractor through team of agency resources. Responsible to maintain relationship with Brand and ensure desired sourcing.
· CE lead sourcing & Conversion: Follow-up and liaison with Vendor for financing of CASE Construction.
· Improved Productivity: Manage and improve RM productivity through effective dealership coverage.
· Monitoring: Manage and improve P&L for the assigned area via monitoring portfolio health parameters like WIRR, CLI cover, PF collection, EDA resolution etc.
· Committed service level: Provide services as per defined SLA’s to end customers, dealers and Brands.
· Portfolio Sourcing quality: Ensure there are no first payment defaults for both AG and CE through follow-ups. Control and Manage submission of Registration certificate as per the norms.
· Collection Activities: Monitor and support collections team for healthy retail portfolio with special focus on Early Default & Current Bucket.
· Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback with value addition to HO on competition.
