Business Development Manager is a professional responsible for promoting Study Abroad programs and opportunities offered by EduNirvana. The primary goal is to engage with prospective students, parents, educators, and other stakeholders to raise awareness about studying abroad and encourage participation in such programs.
Job Description:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Study Abroad programs, including undergraduate and postgraduate options.
Develop a comprehensive Business Development strategy to increase the institution's Study Abroad enrollment, revenue, and market presence.
Generate leads and inquiries from potential students, parents, educational counselors, and partners interested in Study Abroad programs.
Identify and engage with prospective students, parents, teachers, and educational counselors to inform them about Study Abroad opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and universities to facilitate collaboration on Study Abroad initiatives.
Conduct presentations, workshops, and information sessions at educational institutions and events to educate students and parents about the benefits of studying abroad.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and events that effectively market Study Abroad programs to the target audience.
Oversee the enrollment process, including application processing, admissions, and student support services. Ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment experience for students.
Offer one-on-one counseling sessions to prospective students to understand their goals, academic interests, and financial constraints. Provide personalized guidance on program selection.
Assist students in completing application forms, preparing required documents, and meeting deadlines for Study Abroad applications.
Provide information about scholarship opportunities, financial aid, and funding options available to students for studying abroad.
Organize pre-departure orientation sessions to prepare students for their Study Abroad journey. Cover topics such as cultural adaptation, travel arrangements, and academic expectations.
Collaborate with international educational institutions and organizations to create partnerships and exchange programs.
Maintain a database of prospective students, inquiries, and program applications. Track and report on the progress of outreach efforts.
Stay updated on visa regulations, immigration policies, and academic requirements in different countries to provide accurate and timely information.
Develop and distribute marketing materials, brochures, and online content to support outreach activities.
Occasionally participate in educational fairs, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the institution and engage with a broader audience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field such as education, international relations, or marketing.
Knowledge of Study Abroad programs, international education trends, and visa procedures.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Familiarity with marketing and outreach strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Cultural sensitivity and cross-cultural communication skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and databases for data management.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
