III) Designation: Assistant Manager – L&OD
IV) Reporting: Manager – L&OD
V) Qualities:

 Should possess good command over the English language (verbal and written)

 Should have a pleasing personality

 Should possess excellent facilitation & presentation skills

 Should be able to develop training content and have work experience as a trainer ( behavioral / leadership)

 Should be able to source and evaluate training partners and vendors

 Should have understanding of Training need identification, Training need analysis, competency frameworks, training evaluation etc.

 Should possess good interpersonal skills to work closely with different stakeholders/ departments

 Should be versatile and open to take up additional responsibilities, initiatives, challenges & projects

 Should possess good planning and organizing skills
