ï'§ Handling TDS Form.
Exit Formalities:
ï'§ Completing clearance & exit formalities of employees.
ï'§ Process resignation letters.
ï'§ Preparing relieving letters and experience letter
ï'§ Coordinate & ensure proper handover is taken.
ï'§ Preparing full & final settlement.
ï'§ Maintaining database for separated employees.
Recruitment:
ï'§ Understanding manpower requirement from the concerned departments .
ï'§ Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills.
ï'§ Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic and personal interviews.
ï'§ Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates.
ï'§ When a particular candidate is finalized and selected, giving him/her offer letter.
Administration:
• Preparation of monthly Birthday cards and its distribution, clusters birthday mails.
• Notice Boards maintenance, ID card issuance.
• Preparation of Monthly MIS report..
• Vendor Management.
• Facilitate timely supply of stationery, consumables and all other office supply requirements
for the organization.
• Organize and make arrangements for the employee engagement initiatives such as, monthly
celebrations, reward and recognition programs, Meeting etc.
• General Office Administration and Record Maintenance.
