This Role is Responsible
- Basic Product knowledge to ensure good customer connect and troubleshooting
- Customer Management :
- 24 X 7 phone availability considering emergencies
- Preparing & Updating All Customer information with required contact details & analysis (region-wise, product-wise)
- Obtain & recording periodic customer feedback/s
- Preparing season’s greetings to be sent by HOD
- Service Module managing in ERP
- Order Management | Customer Creation in ERP
- Ensuring accurate and in time sending of quotation’s
- Managing and ensuring effective follow-up until to payment receipt
- Ensure material availability with concerned (IF NEED BE)
- Analyzed Reporting
- Weekly | Monthly as needed | Product-wise | Customer-wise | Region-wise | Sales nos | Dispatch nos | Avg. delivery time | No. of delayed deliveries | Reason for delayed deliveries
The Preferred candidate
- Proficient in English communication
- Proficient in using MSOffice to maintain various database
will be added advantage
- If has knowledge of Customer Support
- If has work experience with manufacturing / Automation company
- Candidates from PCMC area preferred (NO Transport facility)
