Male Candidate's -

Shift timings : 6am to 1am ( Rotational Shift for 9 hrs )

Female Candidate's -

Shift timings : 6am to 8pm ( Rotational Shift for 9 hrs )

Age : 18 - 28

Qualification : Graduate / Undergraduate

Salary : 19,014/- CTC & 15,468/- Take home.

Attendance Bonus : 2000 from OJT day 1 onwards.

(There should not be any unplanned leaves)

Shift timings : 6am to 1am ( Rotational Shift for 9 hrs )

6 day's working & Rotational weekoff

Direct walk-in

Interview rounds : HR / Versant / Ops

ROLE'S & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Issue Resolution: Addressing customer problems, answering queries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Information Provision: Providing information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Order Processing: Assisting with order placement, tracking, and managing returns or exchanges.
• Proactive Communication: Anticipating customer needs and reaching out before issues arise, enhancing overall customer satisfaction
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Adaptability:
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
