Required Skill set:-

Graduate in any domain.

Excellent communication in English and Hindi.

Experience: Minimum 18 months of BPO Banking experience - Customer Support Experience / six months or above in banking domain in customer service + one year or above in any international voice process in customer service

Shift: 24/7

Week off: Two rotational

Must: Fully Vaccinated

Cab: For Male candidates - One end cab (Before 6:00 am login/post 10:00pm logout)

Female candidates (8:00am to 8:00pm shifts – any 9 hours) - no cab for females

Benefits: PF + Medical coverage.

Salary: 25K to 28K

Location: Bangalore

IJPs after every 1.5 years to apply for next level
