Your typical day will involve incident, issue, and outage management, investigation, and restoration related to Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of IT production systems and services related to Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Manage incident, issue, and outage management, investigation, and restoration related to Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues related to Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards related to Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Desktop Transformation. - Strong understanding of IT operations and service management. - Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes. - Knowledge of IT policies, procedures, and standards. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
