Domestic Voice Process.
Inbound calling.
Resolving customer queries through phone calls.
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
Shifts Time- 6 AM to 1 AM (Any 9 Hours) (For Girls 7 am to 4 pm ,8 am to 5 pm 9 am to 6 pm 10 am to 7 pm) (For Boys 2 pm to 11 pm, 3 pm to 12 am)
Qualifications and Skills:
12th pass/ graduation/ diploma
Must be able to Speak in Hindi, Gujrati and basic English.
Working days
Working days: 6 days in a week
Weekly off: 1 day (Rotational) and not necessarily (Saturday / Sunday)
