• Proper counter display of jewellery• Supervising activities of counter sales• Establishing and maintaining relationships with prospects• Enforcing organization standards for quality service• Achieving counter targets• Coordinating with merchandising team for supply• Delivering showroom sales and operating expenses targets• Providing high-level customer service• Creating the right shopping ambience• Adhering to reverse logistics guidelines• Executing processes to minimize losses• Adhering to showroom operations SOPs• Managing point of sales activities• Managing inventory in the showroom• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge• Mentoring and guiding counter sales executives
Requirements
• Experience in counter sales or retail• Knowledge of jewellery industry• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to achieve sales targets• Attention to detail and organizational skills• Ability to handle customer service and after-sales activities• Knowledge of inventory management• Grooming, attendance, and punctuality
