Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Executive - Caller, you will be a key contributor to our growth strategy. Your responsibilities will Includes:
Outbound Engagement:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our products/services.
Craft compelling messages to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and qualify leads through strategic calling campaigns.
Document key information about prospects, ensuring accurate data in our CRM system.
Client Interaction:
Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide information, and address queries.
Build and nurture client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Product Expertise:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services for effective communication.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and facilitate seamless handovers.
Provide valuable pre-sales support to enhance the overall sales process.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain meticulous records of calls, interactions, and leads.
Generate regular reports on call outcomes, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in outbound calling or telesales.
