Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Identify and resolve customer pain points
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Freshers or Experienced in Customer Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
