Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Acquisition and Marketing Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for new Customer Acquisition and executing digital marketing strategies to acquire new customers and grow our business. They will use their analytical skills to identify customer behavior, market trends, and insights, and provide leaders’ recommendations to optimize our digital marketing efforts. This role requires an individual who is self-motivated along with strong problem-solving skills. He has to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Successful individuals may progress on to sales roles in the Gloplax offices in Europe or North America
Key Responsibilities:
- Do in-depth online research to identify a target audience.
- Ability to independently cold call prospects and secure meetings
- Familiarity with social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Conversant with Linked-in and YouTube advertising.
- Analyze and interpret data & market trends,
- Identify insights and opportunities to optimize our digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, to develop strategies and tactics to optimize our Customer Acquisition and retention efforts.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for incorporating new strategies and tactics into the business.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in Customer Acquisition and digital marketing analytics, preferably in an IT services company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large databases.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Sales Navigator
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication both verbal and non-verbal as well as telecommunication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
