Responsibilities
- Responsible to run End to End monthly payroll for Hong Kong, Singapore.
- Responsible for termination process including full and final payment process
- Capable to handle the Subject to Statutory, Compliance, vendor management, Controls and reporting activities
- Must aware of the Regional policies and statutory regulations including pension & social security contributions
- Perform input collation from various internal & external teams and update the vendor defined input format/ payroll system
- Ensure Process Operating Instructions are up-to date to reflect all the changes that has been made to process and provide it to the Payroll Manager for review and subsequent approvals from the country Process Owners
- Ensure all deliverables are met as per the agreed timelines as and when required
- Finalizing the payroll and authorized to process necessary payment to employees, ex-employees or regulators
- Update metrics for all reporting Internal External within timelines
- Resolving payroll and Tax discrepancies
- Responsible for yearend Taxation preparation and submission of tax forms
- Should have knowledge on Pension and Social security’s contributions
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are completed accurately and on time and as per the SLA agreed with the country
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Tools
- Communication skills - excellent written, oral & presentation
- Ability to interpret data, analyze trends and use them effectively for resolving / pre-empting problems

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate
KEY SKILLS: Min 2 years in Asia payroll, Curious to learn new processes, Attention to detail, Right attitude to work in team, Proactiveness, Accountability, Interpersonal skills
OTHER SKILLS: Verbal Communication, Time Management, Problem solving, Open mindedness
TOOLS: PeopleSoft, MS Office.
