- Run marketing automation campaigns across SMS, WAP, Push, Emails, and other relevant channels using tools such as Webengage, Clevertap
- Operate WebEngage campaigns effectively to ensure optimal performance and engagement.
- Generate weekly report on performance of communications and corresponding conversions
E2E Campaign Ownership - Planning:
- Plan strategic campaigns and take ownership of performance metrics.
- Implement and maintain a content calendar for consistent messaging across channels.
- Drive the development and execution of creative strategies across various channels.
E2E Campaign Ownership - Experimentation & Research:
- Experiment with cohorts and narratives with various combinations of parameters to arrive at the best scalable strategy
- Manage cohort creation and experiment analytics and documentation
- Conduct user research through calling, surveys, on ground interviews as necessary to drive campaigns
Cross-Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Execute campaigns with a focus on cross-team collaboration and synergy.
Operational Excellence:
- Lead automation projects, streamlining processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify areas of operational efficiency and implement processes/automations for resolution
Social Media Management:
- Develop engaging social media content aligned with brand messaging.
- Monitor social media performance and iterate strategies accordingly.
Ads Expertise:
- Bonus if you have experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and can integrate them seamlessly into the overall marketing strategy.
SEO and ASO Initiatives:
- Drive SEO and ASO initiatives to enhance online visibility and optimise app store performance.
Growth-Driving Products:
- Drive the promotion of products that contribute to the revenue, leveraging rewards, referrals, and other growth strategies.
