Role : Growth Marketing Analyst
Responsibilities:
- The Growth marketing executive will plan and execute the paid digital media campaigns as well as manage the optimization and reporting.
- Strategize, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns across multiple performance marketing platforms.
- Oversee growth in performance to meet business goals and strategies.
- Execute multivariate experiments to shape up real-time insights on the consumer behavior, create reporting dashboards to keep the leadership updated with key metrics
- Manage the platform's daily budgets, spend pacing, and billing reconciliation, and adhere to budget allocations per platform.
- Learn and test strategy across ad platforms to understand, and drive insights on traffic behavior on Campaign KPIs, campaign insights, creatives insights etc.
- Monitor overall performance and identify best practices Explore opportunities for campaign growth efficiently
- Explore new platforms and run experiments to increase installs for WorkIndia App.
- Collaborate with 3rd party advertising partners to drive quality traffic on the App and meet organization's objectives.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Analytical thinking Ability to multitask effectively
- Understanding of analytics and data patterns regarding what needs to be measured, what works, and what doesn't is good to have.
