- Interaction with the Clients, understanding their requirements, collating required data for preparation and submission of the proposal to Banks/ FI's
- In-depth credit assessment involving Financial, Credit, Legal, Technical, Economic and risk analysis
- Structuring the proposal, preparing Information Memorandum, Teasers, Financial model, cash flow and CMA projections & review
- Ability to lead meetings and negotiations
- Keep on identifying Bankers, financial Institutions, AIF, ARC (Co-operative Banks, PSUS, Private sector AIF, Fund Houses) Who will be interested in taking up transactions
- Ability to build relationship at all levels of FI
- Regular reader of Annual reports of listed FI unlisted & good knowledge of Financial market & economy.
- Evaluating clients' credit data and financial statements for preliminary risk assessment
- Capability to interact with financial institutions for transaction structuring, due diligence and documents.
- Various other responsibilities which would be given from time to time
- Review proposal notes related to Real Estate Finance and SME loans to be submitted to financial institutions
- Handling of multiple transactions
- Internal risk assessment of proposal using MS excel and other financial software
- Evaluating clients' credit data and financial statements for preliminary risk assessment
- Interaction with financial institutions and clients for transaction structuring, due diligence and documents.
Qualification: CA /CFA/CMA / MBA- Finance
