Manager/Senior Manager - Credit analyst
- Covering Indian companies across various sectors
- Evaluating investment opportunities in REITs and InvITs.
- Assessing creditworthiness of issuers by determining industry and issuer risks, analysing financial Statements and establishing appropriate credit limits for each issuer.
- Preparing credit appraisal notes and presenting recommendations to the credit committee.
- Recommending to add/reduce specific issuer and reviewing existing exposures on a continued basis.
- Evaluating new investment ideas and presenting to the credit committee.
- Interacting with issuers and rating agencies on regular basis.
- Providing recommendations for changes to the Credit Policy.
- Updating the fixed income team on industry trends based on various companies' quarterly conference calls.
- Evaluating the key macro trends and providing regular updates to the investment team.
- Evaluating performance and portfolios of the fund vis-a-vis its peers. tunities in REITs and InvITs.
