CTC: INR 10.00 - 15.00 Lakhs
Job Profile: Handle the respective state channel sales
Responsibilities:
- To formulate the sales plan and distribution of the product by channel and sales force to ensure in achieving the sales target.
- To handle overall sales and distribution of products currently available and initiate activities for new products launches by leading the sales teams.
- Responsible in handling the external stakeholders like stockiest, retailers, agencies, and wholesalers etc. ensuring order taking, delivery of order, collection and stakeholders satisfaction.
- Appointment of distributors and ensure their performance and contribution for business outcome.
- To be responsible for providing periodical report to his Regional head and to the management for the area with analysis of performance of the product, team, and stockholders and suggest the initiatives and support required for achieving the said targets.
- To handle internal communication with various stakeholders in communicating the targets, schemes to ensure a healthy relationship and market hygiene.
- Coordinate with marketing function for sales promotion and marketing support, launching new products and providing the market information on competitors activities, performance of product, scheme operation and its effectiveness.
- Work along with HR in manpower availability, discipline of the team, training and performance reviews. He needs to ensure in building a strong sales team and keeping them trained and motivated to achieve the sales objectives. These include effective sales training, sales system implementation, mentoring and coaching.
- Support finance in collection and contribution of the products mix, settlement for overdue, claims and on time despatch and delivery of the products in/from depts.
