We are looking for Managers and Senior Managers/Associate Directors for Customer Strategy and Applied Design team, focused on Strategy & Operations. The role involves responsibility for being a part of/leading a work stream or module on a large-scale project or overall delivery lead in case of short term/ small scale engagement. Candidates should be able to demonstrate professional experience and knowledge, coupled with strong technical background to help define and execute/contribute to end-to-end cross-functional projects.

Your Prime Responsibilities

• Advise clients on solving their signature issues on subject of growth, efficiency and customer engagement using digital
• Lead design thinking, conceptualization, Idea scaling workshops with CxO level stakeholders
• Uncover opportunities to drive top-line and bottom-line improvement using digital technologies & capabilities
• Develop industry best practices, data analysis models and design operating model blueprints
• Define growth strategy & enterprise business model using best-in-class strategic growth models
• Lead entire project end to end to design strategy, implement the strategy or anchor the Program Management Office to execute the strategy
• Manage client relationships at senior and middle management level across clients
• Independently prepare client proposals and pitch-packs
• Work with clients to build their customer experience strategy and operational roadmap
• Conducting commercial due diligence on potential M&A, investment targets for PE/VC funds

Skills Required

• Strategy design, implementation, program management, change management
• Background or experience (through coursework or employment) in FMCG, Food and Beverages, Agribusiness
• Ability to integrate and synthesize large sets of data and broad stakeholder perspectives into meaningful insights
• Solid knowledge of strategy models and frameworks
• Accustomed to leading teams, including virtual teams and taking end to end ownership of project delivery. Highly developed personal and professional ethics are expected
• Understand of latest technology trends and solutions being used by leading FMCG, F&B and agribusiness companies
• Comfortable with using technology and analytics tool for accelerated project delivery
• Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills, and experience communicating to, and working with, virtual teams, and senior leadership
• Must possess the ability to handle highest level of confidential information.

Education, Certifications And/or Experience Qualifications

• 3/4 years Degree
• MBA
