3.Innovative Solutions and Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement new solutions to enhance existing recovery processes.
- Initiate innovative ideas and strategies to optimize recovery operations and maximize results.
- Proactively adapt to industry trends and best practices to stay ahead in the market.
4.Retention, Development, and Engagement:
- Focus on team retention strategies by creating a conducive work environment.
- Develop and execute plans for the continuous professional development of team members.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
