Job Description:

Maintain daily and month trackers for statutory and
RBI audit reviews.
 Submit weekly/monthly self-audit reports.
 Investigation of reported and identified cases along
with sampling of accounts, identifying the defects and
taking corrective action according to the defined policy.
 Ensure data security as per compliance parameters
 Co-ordinate with collection vendors for assisting with
channel partner appointments and maintaining
empanelment reports
 Review agency empanelment reports and conclude.
 Investigate the critical observations and update the
feedback to respective stake holders.
 Follow-up with the collection team for supporting
documents and explanations.
 Suggest corrective and preventive action plans for
process improvement
 Ensure payouts to agencies and DMA`s within TAT
