Order & Logistic Team Lead-Deputy Manager-Pune

The O&L Team Lead role is responsible for leading our team of IOT specialists who provide end to end order management expertise across IOTl products and services in the VOIS. This is a leadership role that requires a deep understanding of Vodafone’s complex global and local products and solutions as well an acute understanding of competitive market trends, and winning pricing strategies. 

The role requires understanding of internal and external Customer business models and requirements, and the ability to form and lead a high performing team culture to deliver best in class services – across multiple time-zones and geographies.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Accountable for leading an end-to-end Order and Logistic  team who provide expert commercial support for various Vodafone markets, into every wholesale customer segment and portfolio area.
• Develop and implement Order Management strategies and training to all team members using industry best-practice.
• Strong stakeholder  and partner relationships across Request to Cash cycle
• Expert in managing reporting and data transformation
• Constantly challenge operational paradigms, to ensure creating operational efficiencies  

• Highly developed and proven order management skill
• Thought leadership and strong decision making capability.
• Proven record to managing customers, demanding internal stakeholders and a strong appreciation of sales processes and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skill and should be able to connect dots
• Drive team performance and manage a group of senior team members

• Over 7 + years of experience working for global corporate organisations
• Over 7+ years of experience in Commercial, Sales or Operations, leading virtual teams in the delivery of complex, global projects
• Strong people management and operation management background
