Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying potential clients, and building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Client Acquisition:
- Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients for our co-working/managed office spaces.
- Develop a deep understanding of the unique needs and requirements of enterprise clients in various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
2. Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organizations that can drive enterprise client referrals and collaborations.
- Collaborate with other departments to leverage existing partnerships and explore new opportunities for mutually beneficial relationships.
3. Pipeline Development:
- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline for enterprise solutions and back-to-back transactions.
- Implement effective lead generation strategies to continuously feed the pipeline with qualified prospects.
- Utilize CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on pipeline metrics and sales activities.
4. Customized Solution Proposals:
- Work closely with the solutions team to develop tailored proposals that meet the specific needs of enterprise clients.
- Ensure that proposals highlight the unique value proposition of our co-working/managed office spaces for enterprise clients.
5. Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead negotiations with enterprise clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and meet both parties' objectives.
- Close deals efficiently, maintaining a focus on achieving revenue targets.
6. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of changes in the commercial real estate landscape.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer experience teams to align Business Development efforts with overall company goals.
- Provide valuable insights to internal teams based on client feedback and market intelligence.
8. Client Retention and Expansion:
- Work with the customer experience team to ensure high levels of satisfaction among enterprise clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing enterprise accounts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience and a proven track record in B2B sales and Business Development, preferably in commercial real estate or related industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise client needs and the ability to customize solutions accordingly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales enablement technologies.
