Job Role:

* Can manage water Supply Project documents from all ongoing sites in Maharashtra

*Update Daily Progressive Report sheet

*Coordinate with site Engineers and update weekly progressive reports in proper format.

*Prepare work order drafting for subcontractors

*Maintaining proper documentation (Soft copies & Hard Copies)

*Filling Work of all sites

*Maintaining Site report & Status of work.

*Visit to division office & ZP office For Documentation.

*Drafting Letters for departmental site.

*RA bill sheet updating in a timely manner.

*Raise RA bills of Departmental Site (Online & Offline both).
