Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team at Leostar Solutions. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in Civil Engineering. The job is based in Nagpur Division, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time role.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Civil Engineering
- Proven track record of managing construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools
- Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations
- Prepare and submit detailed project reports and budgets
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to on-site construction issues
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
