- Position Title: Trainee Engineer
- Department / Business Unit: Projects Department
- Job summary: Projects Tracking with Data Compilation, Controlling, Monitoring.
- Basic Function: Gathering Data from execution projects and analysis.
- Trainee period (Learning)6 Months
- Probation period (Execution) 6 Months (After successful completion of Trainee period)

Principal Responsibilities:
- Analysing drawing and workout on quantity take off.
- Checking daily progress report on daily basis for projects to collect necessary data like Manpower, Equipment, Project progress, etc. Also, with DPR preparing Project Dashboard.
- Updating DPR Tracking sheet.
- Follow up for monthly docs e.g., Attendance, Budget (Bike log sheet, Telephone allowances, Vehicle maintenance record.), Expense, HTS and PT material Reconciliation, Site progress report, Work done photographs.
- Updating Overall tracking sheet.
- Projects budget compilation and sending to the account dept.
- Preparing Expense summary sheet for tracking budget vs expenses
- Checking all monthly docs, if found any errors then reporting to GM.
- Preparing monthly PT material requirement and sending to procurement and dispatch team.
- Preparing daily work report and sending to HR manager and General Manager.
- If any issues from sites, then reports to GM.
- Co-ordinates with HR for deputation letter.
- Crafting formats if any new system develop.
- Updating project progress and reports to GM.
- Updating Resources file – Manpower, Equipment & Tools, Assets, etc.
- Providing training for new staff.

- DE in Civil/ Mechanical
- BE in Civil/ Mechanical
- AutoCAD, Ms.-Office
Experience
- Having Fresher/ 1 year of experience in different fields – Real estate Construction, Retrofitting and rehabilitation of structure, Pre-stressing Engineering, etc.
- Site execution of residential and commercial building, PT Slab, Beam, Silo, Soil Anchoring, etc.
- Good in Site administration and management.
- Excellency in accounting records of project documents.
- Drafting in AutoCAD 2D & 3D plans and elevations.
- Communication Skills.
