- Morning Meet - Assign daily target with all his team members who further assign the target to their team members
- Driving of GSI, Maintaining PL, Driving Sales
- Ensuring celebration of Guest s Anniversaries Birthdays and other Guest engagements activities
- Engaging and inculcating the Spirits of team s Enthusiasm.
- Interacting with customers and collecting Feedback.
- Addressing the Grievances and complaints of Guest and Staff
- Optimizing and reviewing the operational cost with the help of RSM and Executive Chef.
- Review with Commercial Unit Head(CUH).
- Approval on expenses of bills on daily basis.
- Assessment of food QQT with Chefs
- Conducting Monthly Meet and CMT meet
- Facilitating Reward and Recognition for the team member
- Rostering of HODs and sanctioning of leave
- Scheduling discounts for guests on Occasions
- Timely appraisal of team members and their development
- Recruitment of L1 and L2 level and controlling attrition of team.
- Doing one on one and skip team meetings.
- Ensuring all Statutory Requirements are in place and adhered as per guidelines.
- Liaison with all government authorities for statutory obligation
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor in Hotel Management or Relevant Experience in Food Beverages industry
Preferred Skills:
Handled good amount of Business with 5-10 years of experience and handled a team of 30 - 40 staff.
