Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications and Management Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing strategic communication plans while ensuring accurate and insightful management reporting.

Your key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support goals in KYC Operations Organizations.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Create clear, concise, and compelling written content for various communication channels, including but not limited to Newsletters, Presentation Materials, 1-Pager Summaries, Infographics and other relevant reporting deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure alignment in messaging.
- Design and produce management reports, dashboards, and presentations for key stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in communication and reporting.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align communication efforts with organizational objectives and think critically about data insights.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret and present data in a meaningful way.
- Communication Expertise: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Project Management: Capability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with various teams.
- Collaboration: A team player who can work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
