Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner
Position: AM- HR Business Partner (HRBP) ( MBA full Time)

Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on HR initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives, programs, and activities to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Performance Management:
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
Learning and Development:
- Identify training and development needs, and collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver relevant programs.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Interpret and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in accordance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct HR audits and ensure adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to assess HR effectiveness, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, and insights to management for informed decision-making.
Employee Wellness and Benefits Administration:
- Coordinate employee wellness programs, benefits administration, and HR initiatives to support employee well-being and work-life balance.
- Manage relationships with benefits providers and ensure timely and accurate administration of benefits packages.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with specific experience in the BPO industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics for strategic decision-making.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office suite, and HR analytics tools.
