Sr Talent Acquisition specialist / Assistant Manager (5-8 yrs)
- Managing end to end employee life cycle from on boarding till exit formality.
- Recruitment for the relevant profiles in the organization through Linked in, Other Job Portals, Social Media and Consultancies and follow up with them.
- A strong communicator (English fluency is mandatory) with mentionable Interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
- Assessing skills for junior positions.
- Designing and updating Job Descriptions for the required Profile.
- Build and maintain a network with top architecture and design colleges.
- Coordinate campus interview and other selection activities.
- Good knowledge of workforce and manpower planning.
- Has a good command over company policies and policy implementation.
- Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results.
- Execute the employee's annual review procedures.
- Develop strategies to improve engagement and manage programs designed to foster team members, including but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, retention, recognition, learning and development, diversity, wellness, and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment.
