Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on gathering customer requirements for hydroponic projects
2. Convert customers from incoming calls or emails
3. Work on onboarding new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and increasing repeat sales
4. Work on the achievement of annual sales targets by implementing different marketing strategies and developing new clients
5. Take ownership of the entire process of Business building and client development.
6. Be innovative and experimental with new growth methods
