About the Position
We are seeking a driven individual to play a vital role in expanding our reach in India and internationally. You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers in the newborn healthcare space, including doctors, government officials, donors, and public health organizations.
What You'll Do:
- Grow Our Network: You'll proactively identify and build relationships with potential partners in India and abroad. This includes hospitals, public health agencies (UNICEF/WHO), government ministries, and relevant NGOs.
- Champion Our Innovations: Be the face of our company, presenting our newborn medical devices to doctors, public health officials, and government agencies.
- Become a Newborn Care Expert: Gain a strong understanding of newborn care challenges and existing programs to effectively discuss our solutions with potential customers.
- Craft Winning Proposals: Develop compelling proposals tailored to secure donations, public health contracts, and government grants for our newborn medical devices.
- Drive Results: Utilize Zoho CRM to manage leads, track deals, and measure progress towards achieving Business Development goals.
- Become a Marketing Mastermind: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and raise awareness about our products.
Who You Are:
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present, write clear and concise emails, and connect with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A passion for learning: Eager to gain a strong understanding of newborn clinical conditions, public health initiatives, and the regulatory landscape in your target markets.
- A people person: You thrive in building relationships and possess a collaborative spirit.
- Positive and results-oriented: You bring a can-do attitude and a drive to make a real impact in newborn healthcare.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: 6 month consulting position with the potential to extend or continue full-time.
- Location: Office in Bangalore, India. Remote working is also possible.
