Job description

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Development strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the contact center industry.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, including C-level executives and senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities.
- Lead the development of compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful execution of client engagements.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients, maximizing revenue and profitability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional customer value.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to inform business strategy and decision-making.
