Position Overview:Trident Consulting is actively seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with extensive experience and a strong network of relationships in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of prospecting and closing deals with direct clients, bringing in high-quality clients, and expanding our client base significantly.
Responsibilities:· Utilize existing industry relationships to identify and target high-quality direct clients in need of IT staffing and recruitment services.· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business opportunities.· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, HR departments, and hiring managers.· Act as a trusted advisor, consulting with clients to understand their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.· Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure clients receive top-tier, vetted candidates.· Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring they meet the needs of both clients and Trident Consulting.· Stay at the forefront of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies.· Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress and market insights
Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.· Extensive, proven experience in Business Development, sales, or account management in the staffing and recruitment industry.· A vast network of industry relationships and connections.· In-depth knowledge of the staffing and recruitment processes.· Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.· Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.· A strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
