Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Analyzing market data and competitor activities to develop strategies for market penetration and differentiation. Identifying and targeting potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Qualifying leads and building a robust sales pipeline. Collaborating with technical teams to create customized solutions and proposals for clients. Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet revenue targets. Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives. Providing input into product development based on client feedback and market insights. Tracking and reporting on IT sales performance, key metrics, and market trends. Using data-driven insights to continuously improve sales strategies. Utilizing CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Development Professional in the IT software development industry. Market knowledge Strong understanding of software development services and technology trends. Excellent communication , negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude, adaptability, and resilience in the face of challenges. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
