Job Description:
We are seeking a female Business Development Executive with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, customer engagement through email, chat, or phone calls, and providing consultative services to customers.Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective customers who require Explainer Video Services through email, chat, or phone calls.
- Connect with the customers and understand their requirements.
- Act as a consultant and offer the best-recommended services and solutions.
- Generate leads and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve the sales target.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, customer engagement, and consultative selling.
- Ability to work independently, remotely and meet targets.
- Must have a laptop and wifi at home.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
