Position : Business Development Executive ( IT Sales)Shift Timing : 10 AM to 7 PM ( Mon - Fri )Location : AhmedabadJob Responsibilities:Act as the point of contact among clients and internal teamOrganise pre-onboarding / sales calls / Meetings with prospects, understand and document requirementsCurate Demo sessions of applications with prospectsManage follow-up calls with prospectsOrganize and maintain project progress reportsManage information flow in a timely and accurate mannerManage executives’ calendars and set up meetingsFormat information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reportsTake minutes during meetingsScreen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondenceRequirements and skills:Work experience as a BDEExcellent MS Office knowledgeOutstanding organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars, CRM and Meeting tools)Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi are a must and other language is an addon)Discretion and confidentialityQualificationsGraduation
