Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop strategies for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align Business Development strategies with overall company objectives.
- Be adaptable to changes in the business environment and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- BDE represents the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with businesses’ products, services, Sales and Marketing in IT industry.
- Manage client inquiries by phone, email, online, or in person, maintain client records, and address client complaints.
- Freshers can also apply ,he should be Proficient in English.
