- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives based on the company's Products & Services
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Developing strategies and goals for business growth
- Generating leads and conversion of the same
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients
- Maintain the CRM with leads, opportunities and all follow up activities
Required Candidate profile
- MBA – Marketing / BE CS or IT / BTech CS or IT
- Ability to work independently with plenty of initiative
- Good business sense
- Deep understanding of marketing principles
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with ERP product selling will be added advantage
