Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location
: Lucknow, Agra, Bareilly , Moradabad, Kanpur, Prayagraj , Varanasi, Gorakhpur
Qualification: Graduation

Shifts:

Fixed shifts from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Morning reporting to the office at 9:30 am
Job Role:
• Coordinate with business owners and customers of JustDial.
• Target-based field sales, involving cold calling in the open market.
• Conduct 15 customer meetings daily, educating them about the products and services of JustDial.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for sales.
• Proficient in Presentation, Negotiation, and Selling skills.
• Confidence and proficiency in objection handling.
• Excellent grooming with knowledge of business etiquette.
• Good territory knowledge of the area.
CTC : Up to 3.60 Lac per Annum
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with business owners and customers, implementing targeted field sales strategies.
• Conduct cold calling activities in the open market to expand business reach.
• Meet the daily target of 15 customer meetings, effectively communicating JustDial's products and services.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for sales and stay updated on industry trends.
• Exhibit proficiency in presentation, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Handle objections confidently, providing effective solutions.
• Maintain excellent grooming standards and adhere to business etiquette.
• Utilize good territory knowledge for strategic Business Development.
