Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for IT solutions and services.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to generate qualified leads in IT industry.
- Prospect and cold call potential customers to introduce our company and qualify leads.
- Nurture leads through various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to build relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continuously improve lead generation efforts.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with potential customers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Hands on experience in any CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT solutions and services is a must.
