We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to support the company's growth and development initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development team to research potential clients, prepare and present proposals, develop a customer database, and engage in marketing activities to generate new business.
Responsibilities
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive customer database to track and manage leads and opportunities
- Engaging in cold calling activities to generate new business and follow up with leads
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Tracking and reporting on Business Development activities and performance metrics
- Participating in meetings and presentations to prospective clients
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development or sales support role
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience with cold calling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and database management
