We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Business Services Brand Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in digital marketing & branding within the BPO, KPO, ITO, SaaS sectors, particularly those who have worked closely with key influencers serving the US Markets.
This role provides significant opportunities for learning & growth as Neolytix accelerates the impact we are creating in the US Healthcare Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategies to increase brand visibility and market share in the US Healthcare sector.
Work with internal teams & Clients to build marketing collateral - Case studies, Use Cases, Testimonials that can showcase the impact of the brand
Lead and execute end-to- end communication campaigns with GTM teams to drive awareness around key programs and initiatives
Establish relationships with Industry Influencers, participate in vendor assessments, create Op-ed and PR articles with news outlets and media
Conduct market research to benchmark & identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the US Healthcare market.
Design and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the US market, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Manage the brand's online presence, including social media and digital marketing efforts.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in the US Healthcare industry.
Analyze brand performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Provide leadership and guidance to the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and objectives.
Drive Inbound Leads, associated revenue and Conversion numbers for the Brand and associated services
Manage a team of Organic, Paid Media & SM specialists to deliver Leads, Revenue and conversion goals for the Brand.
Provide leadership, guidance to build and maintain a high performance team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism or Mass Communication
Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, preferably in SaaS, KPO, BPO or ITO sectors serving the US markets.
Strong understanding of the B2B US Industry influencers and its regulatory environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in different time zones to accommodate US business hours.
