Job Description:
- Collaborate with the marketing team and oversee their day-to-day activities, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conceptualize and create brands and projects that align with the company's goals and vision.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to meet short term revenue goals and long-term corporate branding objectives.
- Work with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
- Monitor market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to stay competitive.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry partners, and media outlets.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on results to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and branding
Qualifications and skills:
1. Graduate /Post Graduate in Sales or Marketing
2. Experience range - 3 - 5 years
3. Age Bracket - till 40 years
4. Experience onto Brand Marketing, Marketing strategy, Market Research is required
5. Skill set in handling Marketing Campaigns, Brand Promotion
